I went in thinking I had a decent idea of what I’d be paying, but once they had my car, the price seemed to keep changing. Every explanation sounded like that polished company talk where they make it seem normal, but it didn’t actually clear anything up. I just wish they’d been upfront about the fees from the start. I left frustrated and don’t plan on going back.

"Not really worth the price"
I expected a lot more for what I paid. The work itself felt basic, and I was also expecting clearer instructions along the way. Overall, it just didn’t feel like great value for the money.

"Felt Like I Was Being Rushed Out"
The service here was just not great. The staff seemed super rushed the whole time and barely explained anything, which was really frustrating. Like, I get that places get busy, but come on, at least make people feel like they matter a little. I left feeling like they were just trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. Definitely not planning to come back.

"Honestly, the communication was really bad"
The communication was poor. I tried calling and sending messages, but it felt like no one really wanted to give me a straight answer. I kept getting passed around and still had no idea what was going on with my car. Even a quick update would’ve helped. It was really frustrating, i wouldn’t feel comfortable going back

"Warranty was kind of a bit of work"
It was okay overall. The warranty part took some back and forth, which was not super fun, but it did get handled in the end. So yeah, not amazing, not terrible, just okay

I had a really good experience with the staff, they were polite from the start, handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and just made the whole thing feel easy and professional.

I took my car in to get the brakes fixed, and at first I thought it was all good, but then a few days later the squeaking started again. Super frustrating, honestly. I mean, brakes aren’t exactly something you want to keep worrying about, and I’d already paid to have it handled. Ended up taking it somewhere else because I just didn’t feel confident anymore. Felt like I wasted my money the first time.

"Pretty solid diagnosis, just a bit of a wait"
Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous taking my car in because the brakes just felt off and I wasn’t sure what was going on. The team at Brake Masters checked it out and actually explained the issue instead of just throwing out a guess. Turns out they were right, because after the repair the noise went away. The only downside was the wait was a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience...

Overall, the shop was clean enough, but the waiting area felt kind of old and a little dusty. The floor looked fine, and the restroom wasn’t bad, just didn’t feel super fresh, you know?? Service was okay, but I feel like the place could use a bit more attention and upkeep

"Ask for the pricing details upfront"
The service itself was fine, but I left feeling like the pricing wasn’t explained as clearly as it should’ve been. A few details seemed to shift once I started asking questions, which made it harder for me to fully trust the process. If you’re considering them, I’d just suggest getting everything spelled out ahead of time so there are no surprises.

"Decent service, but the wait and changing terms were frustrating"
I went in to get my brakes worked on, and to be fair, the staff was friendly and the work seems good so far. But I ended up sitting there way longer than I was originally expecting, which was annoying. They said they were really busy, and I get that stuff happens, but it still would’ve been nice to have a more realistic time estimate upfront. Also, I wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change a bit from what I thought going in, so that added to the frustration. Overall, okay experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.
